Join us this summer as we experience “Fearless Faith: Courage in Community.” For over 50 years Aldersgate Camp & Retreat Center has been delighting campers with exciting and adventurous activities. Whether its spending a week with the horses, exploring the adventure course, playing in the creek, going on a hayride, or spending time with friends by the pool, Aldersgate offers something for everyone! Aldersgate Camp accepts everyone regardless of race, color, creed, sex, handicap, or national origin. All campers are expected to be ambulatory and able to feed, clothe, and bathe themselves. Facilities are rustic, and the terrain and program are rugged.

Incomplete forms and forms without a $60 nonrefundable deposit will be returned, and the camper will not be registered for their camp. Both camper and parent signatures are required for campers 10 years of age (at the time of registration) and older.
Online Registration: Registration is available online at www. aldersgatecamp.org.
Payment: For your convenience, credit and debit cards can be used to pay summer camp fees.
Upon receipt of complete registration form and camper fees, campers will be sent a confirmation by mail or email. If you are placed on a waiting list, you will receive a waiting list confirmation card or email. Registrations will not be confirmed until the fee is paid.
The fee per person for each camp varies depending on unique expenses incurred for that camp. Our camps are some of the most affordable in the nation. Prices are listed with each camp.
Many churches offer scholarships for part of or all the camper fees. If a church is paying some or all of the fees and would like to be billed, please have an authorized staff member (i.e. pastor, youth pastor or children’s minister) fill out the church attended and the required signature.
Scholarships are available from Aldersgate Camp upon request and eligibility. Please call (606) 723-5078 or email email@example.com for more information.
If for any reason a camper is unable to attend, please notify Aldersgate at (606) 723-5078 immediately so that his or her spot can be filled. A full refund (minus a $60 processing fee) will be made, providing another camper can be substituted. “No shows” will not be refunded and will be expected to pay the fee in full (including the church’s portion.)
Beginning & Ending Times
Aldersgate is located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Please remember to eat lunch before you arrive. Campers’ first meal is dinner.
Full Week Registration: Monday at Chapel: 1-2:00 p.m. (No early arrivals please.)
Full Week Pick Up: Saturday at Large Pavilion/Small Pavilion/Cottages/ Megazebo: 11 a.m.
Half Week Registration: Monday or Thursday at Chapel/Cottages: 1-2 p.m. (No early arrivals please.)
Half Week Pick Up: Wednesday or Saturday at Cottages: 11 a.m.
Early Pick Up: If you need to pick up a camper before the end of his/her camp, please provide a written statement of who and when the camper will be picked up. Please meet your camper at the office to sign him/her out of camp.

What not to Bring
Please do not bring the following:
Tobacco or tobacco products
Cell phones brought by campers will be secured in the office until the end of the week.
Please limit snacks (Snacks are provided). Do not bring snack drinks of any kind.
Responsibility for Lost and/or Damaged Items
Aldersgate is not responsible for lost or damaged items not belonging to the camp. Campers are responsible for any damage they cause to camp property above normal wear and tear.
Aldersgate utilizes canteen cards so that campers will not have to keep up with (or worry about losing) money. Their cards will be present at canteen, and the amount of the item purchased (soft drink, candy & snacks) will be deducted. The Canteen Card may be purchased with online registration or on the first day of camp at registration. (Please do not mail money for a Canteen Card). There are three different denominations of cards to choose from: $4.50, $5 and $7.50.
In addition to Canteen Cards, remember to bring some money to purchase a T-shirt, water bottle, or other seasonal items. T-shirts & Water bottles cost between $10 and $15 and may be purchased at registration or at the office on the last day of camp.
Cabin Mate Assignments
A vital part of the camping experience experiencing Christian community by developing new relationships. Cabin mate/roommate assignments are made with this goal in mind. Cabin mate preference will be considered but is not guaranteed.
Housing for each camp program may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Primary coverage is the camper’s family insurance in case of accident or illness at camp. Limited secondary insurance is provided. Campers’ personal property is not insured.
The telephone is strictly off limits to campers except in extreme emergencies. Please refrain from calling campers. The staff will be glad to talk with you, but campers are not usually allowed to use the telephone. Cell phones brought by campers will be secured in the office until the end of the week.
Campers love to receive mail. Each day at lunch we have “mail call.” Mail can be dropped off during registration or mailed to the camp office. Please print camper’s name and specific camp title on all mail (i.e. Phillip Wilson – Middle School 2).

Campers may receive email for a fee of $1 per message at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the camper’s name and specific camp in the subject line of the e-mail. The $1 fee per email should be paid at registration. E-mail received after 11:00am will be delivered the next day. Campers are not allowed to send email from camp.
